We are currently supporting our client – a leading international company in the chemical manufacturing industry – in the search for a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Service Specialist to join their growing team.

Your responsibilities :

Deliver outstanding service to assigned B2B customers across international markets
Oversee the end-to-end Order-to-Cash (OTC) process, ensuring smooth and timely execution
Monitor order status and proactively address any issues that may impact customer satisfaction
Handle customer complaints and provide professional, solution-oriented responses
Collaborate closely with internal departments (sales, logistics, finance) and global teams
Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with internal procedures and legal standards

What we’re looking for :

A Master’s degree in business, Economics, or a related field is an advantage.

1–3 years of experience in customer service or business operations in an international environment. Nice to have

Familiarity with SAP (especially the SD module) is a strong plus.

Strong customer focus and ability to work effectively in a team

Excellent communication skills and adaptability in a dynamic, fast-paced setting

Very good at English and one of the following languages is required : Italian, Swedish, Dutch, Slovak, Portuguese, Czech, French, Spanish, Hungarian, German, Serbian, Croatian, Romanian.
