Intern, Procure to Pay

Your new role

You will be responsible for supporting Accounts Payable and Travel & Expense process in Procurement and Finance Operations Department. Thanks to your support, specialists and seniors can be involved in more complex operations. Having gained the necessary skills and experience, an intern will be a natural candidate for a permanent role in PFO Team.

Your future team

As our Procure to Pay Intern, you will be part of Accounts Payable team who consists of around 15 people.

Our team is part of Procurement and Finance Operations department that is responsible for Master Data, Procurement, Accounts Payable, Travel & Expense and Treasury processes delivered to over 50 entities around the world.

What you bring to the team

  • Currently studying (student status is obligatory)
  • Strong motivation to gain experience in finance with the intention to continue a career in Lundbeck in the long-term
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Advanced English (must have)
  • Other European language (i.e. French / Italian / Spanish) is an advantage
  • Availability of minimum 30 hours per week and up to 40 hours
