Job Description
As a Technical Manager, you will lead scrum teams responsible for development and maintenance of Computer Aided Dispatch software. You will be expected to demonstrate excellent leadership, coaching, and communication skills. You will lead the definition of engineering requirements, architecture, establish processes and engage in planning of engineering deliverables for the team.
Technical stack : Microsoft .Net C#, WPF, WCF, Microsoft SQL, gRPC
Basic Requirements
Required Qualifications :
Proven experience in leading software development teams (2 years or more)
Practical experience in developing moderate size software systems
Very good understanding of the software development lifecycle
Practical experience in programming large systems
Problem solver - able to work under minimal supervision
A great team player
Good verbal and written English communication.
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Math or related fields.
English B2 (do not change)
Would be a plus :
An experience in managing the end to end software lifecycle
Experience with developing applications using public cloud (Amazon AWS or Microsoft Azure)
