What You Will Do

• Design and optimize manufacturing processes for fiber optic cable assemblies.
• Lead new product introduction (NPI) and process development initiatives.
• Drive continuous improvement efforts for assigned product platforms.
• Troubleshoot production issues to enhance yield and minimize waste.
• Collaborate with product engineering, quality, and production teams to implement engineering changes and process improvements.
• Analyze experimental data and apply SPC, DOE, and FMEA methodologies.
• Document process flows, specifications, and testing protocols.
• Identify and scope cost reduction opportunities.
• Coordinate product change activities with engineering, manufacturing, purchasing, and quality using the engineering change request procedures.
• Provide technical support to both internal and external customers, and suppliers.
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
• Stay up to date with industry developments and proactively recommend process improvements.
