Your role

We are looking for a Laboratory Systems Administrator to manage and optimize critical laboratory applications, including Labware and Empower. These systems are essential for pharmaceutical production, and your role will ensure their smooth operation, compliance, and alignment with business needs. You will work in a dynamic, international environment, bridging IT and laboratory expertise to support testing, validation, and system upgrades.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer and configure Labware and Empower systems, including user management and performance monitoring.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure the continuity of laboratory system operations.
  • Plan and execute system Periodic Reviews and document all changes in laboratory systems.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to maintain infrastructure and support project teams in implementing changes.
  • Conduct impact analysis of changes on system functionality and ensure compliance with GxP standards.

Your qualifications

  • Higher technical education in computer science, biotechnology, chemistry, or systems engineering.
  • Solid experience in Labware and Empower system administration.
  • Basic knowledge of programming (LIMS Basic is a plus) and SQL queries.
  • Familiarity with laboratory systems procedures, standards, and compliance (GxP).
  • Experience with Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, and ITIL (nice to have).
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in English and the ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Your team

    You will join a dynamic, globally-focused team dedicated to operations and support, working with SAP and LIMS across two ERP systems. Based in Poland, the team includes SAP consultants, Solution Architects, and an Application Manager specializing in supply chain and manufacturing. The team also supports SAP modules for HR, procurement, serialization, and provides expertise in process support and system setup, ensuring comprehensive and seamless support worldwide.
