Position : Airline Customer Support Specialist

Location : On-site in Warsaw, Poland

Start Date : Openings starting from November 25, 2024, with another wave on January 13, 2025.

Your Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer support to airline passengers via various channels.

Address inquiries regarding bookings, cancellations, and travel policies.

Assist customers in resolving issues efficiently and effectively.

Maintain professionalism and empathy while communicating with customers.

Requirements

Language Skills : C2 in Norwegian, with excellent proficiency in English.

Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks.

Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
