RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead and manage a team of Python developers;
Design and coordinate the development of web applications using Python;
Oversee the entire software development lifecycle;
Foster growth and mentorship within the team.

Key requirements

A track record of 8+ years in software development;

Proven expertise in Team Management (3+ years);

Strong experience in crafting large-scale web applications;

Familiarity with microservice architecture;

Exceptional communication skills;

B2+ English proficiency.

Technologies stack

Django / Flask / FastAPI;

MySQL / PostgreSQL / ElasticSearch;

AWS (ECS, RDS, S3, CloudFront, ElastiCache, .
