Role Overview
As a Sales Manager , you will be responsible for identifying and engaging new clients, particularly within high-risk industries. This role combines outbound sales, event networking, and hands-on client onboarding. You’ll be working closely with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery while driving strategic growth in key verticals.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads and build a high-quality sales pipeline.
- Drive outreach campaigns to engage potential clients.
- Represent the company at conferences, trade shows, and industry events.
- Lead negotiations and structure partnership deals.
- Oversee client onboarding, including documentation and compliance.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless handover and ongoing success.
Requirements
3+ years of experience in B2B sales.Minimum 2 years in the payments industry.Strong understanding of acquiring and alternative payment methods.Proven client-facing experience in sales and onboarding.Key Soft Skills
