Senior Python Developer – Data Streaming & Automation

Location : Kraków (hybrid, 2 days / month in the office)

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Python Developer to join our international technology team and help design scalable, automated solutions for data processing and business operations. You will work on enterprise-level systems using cutting-edge technologies like Apache Beam, PySpark, and cloud-based runners, while collaborating with architects and product stakeholders to drive innovation and automation.

Your responsibilities :

Design and develop end-to-end automation solutions based on business needs.

Build and maintain streaming data pipelines using PySpark and Apache Beam.

Collaborate with architects, product owners, and other engineers to define the best solution architecture.

Take ownership of complex technical challenges and propose implementation strategies.

Promote coding standards and share Python expertise within the team.

Participate in agile delivery processes, from design through deployment.

What we expect from you :

10+ years of experience in software engineering , including 7+ years of professional Python development .

Strong knowledge of Python 3.x and at least one web framework (e.g., Flask, Django).

Experience with stream processing frameworks : PySpark, Apache Beam.

Familiarity with Beam runners (e.g., Apache Spark, Flink, Google Cloud Dataflow).

Solid understanding of CI / CD, DevOps culture , and automation tools.

Experience working with microservices architecture .

Good communication skills and a solution-driven mindset.

Nice to have : experience with reporting / analytics tools such as QlikView / QlikSense.
