This position carries full service ownership responsibilities, encompassing solution architecture, process definition, service deployment, continuous enhancement, and operational governance.The perfect candidate possesses extensive practical experience in Sec Ops, a strong grasp of intricate enterprise systems, and proven capability in developing or scaling SIEM / SOC services.
At least 5 years of experience in a similar position
Extensive practical experience with Google Sec Ops or equivalent SIEM technologies
Background in managing complex enterprise infrastructures, including large-scale log aggregation and system integrations
In-depth knowledge of SOC workflows, detection engineering, incident management, and automation pipelines
Proven ability to design, implement, and sustain security monitoring platforms
Professional experience as a Service Owner, Delivery Manager, Sec Ops Lead, or comparable leadership role
Hands-on experience establishing new services from inception, covering architecture design, SOPs creation, and team structuring
Knowledge of service management frameworks, such as ITIL, SRE practices, and the SIEM lifecycle
Excellent skills in communication, technical documentation, and stakeholder engagement
Ability to coordinate and manage cross-functional teams, collaborating effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Fluency in English
