For our client, a global high-tech company, we are looking to fill the position of :

Junior Customer Support with German - hybrid mode in Łódź

Reference number : ARIA / 03 / 2025

Workplace : Lublin

Job Description :

Answer incoming inquiries and make calls and send emails to potential clients

Help spark interest in our services among new clients

Assist in creating training guides and instructions

Build and keep good, long-term relationships with clients

Stay in touch with internal teams and outside partners using email, phone, and CRM

Work smoothly with other departments involved before and after your tasks

Requirements :

1-2 years working in a BPO company

Good knowledge of how supply chains work

Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM tools is a plus

Fluent in German (at least C1) and good English skills (at least B1)

Bachelor's degree in any subject

Experience with ERP systems and good skills in MS Excel

Good at managing time, handling several tasks, and setting priorities

Comfortable making many phone calls every day

Clear and effective communication with team members

Able to work well with different teams

Understands key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs)
