Must-haves :

  • Minimum 3 years of SAP FI configuration and implementation experience
  • At least 2 full-cycle SAP FI implementations
  • Fluent in English (German is a plus) and Polish native speaker (is a must)
  • Proactive, analytical, and able to work independently
  • Confident communicator with customers

    • Nice-to-have :

  • SAP FI certification(s)
  • Experience with SAP S / 4HANA and cloud-based SAP environments
  • Familiarity with ITIL processes
  • Previous experience in SAP support roles

    • Your future role Your responsibilities will include :

  • Configuring SAP FI modules to meet both legal and business needs
  • Handling incidents, change requests, and service tickets
  • Leading end-user training sessions
  • Troubleshooting and solving system issues efficiently
  • Collaborating with international clients to understand and address their requirements
  • Supporting system upgrades and enhancements in line with ITIL best practices
