For our client international FMCG food company we are looking for Key Account Manager for Private Label Clients. You will be responsible for managing of 15 – 20 accounts in CEE and Middle East countries. You will manage high-value accounts, ensuring that we exceed customer expectations while driving profitability. This role offers the chance to make a significant impact by building long-lasting relationships, developing tailored strategies, and influencing the direction of our private label portfolio.
Responsibilities :
responsible for managing current clients portfolio (80% of time) as well as winning new clients (20% of time),
be the strategic advisor for private label customers, understanding their business needs and goals and developing solutions that align with their objectives,
drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities within your accounts and executing on strategic account plans,
lead complex negotiations on pricing, terms, and contracts, ensuring mutual success for Mallows Bottling and its customers,
work cross-functionally with internal teams in production, logistics, and R&D to deliver exceptional solutions,
monitor and analyse account performance, ensuring KPIs are met, and provide actionable insights to optimise growth,
build and lead presentations and proposals that showcase our capabilities and commitment to customer success.
Requirements :
a proven track record as an Account Manager, ideally within FMCG, manufacturing, or related industries,
experience in food industry will be an asset,
experience managing high-value accounts, with a strong ability to influence at a senior level,
strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills,
fluency in English,
strong teamwork skills and ability to prioritize tasks,
the role can be remote or based in Warsaw office, up to 20% of business travelling required.
