Supply Chain Coordinator

Miejsce pracy : Czeladź

Your responsibilities

  • Communicate effectively with customer daily to serve their needs and concerns
  • Process RFQ and quotation on customer enquiries
  • End-to-end customer orders management in our ERP system
  • Quarterly business reviews with customers
  • Customer site visits or regular telephone / Teams calls with customers
  • Rolling reviews of customer margin to maintain profitability
  • Monthly forecasting analysis on key accounts
  • Raising customer returns and credits when required
  • Dealing with any quality concerns raised by our customers
  • Raising debit notes on suppliers / arranging for goods to be returned to suppliers if goods are rejected
  • Review of any open quality concerns
  • Purchasing & Supply Chain
  • Replenishment planning against customer forecasts / stock contracts / historical sales / orders
  • Managing orders to vendors : creation, confirmation, monitoring
  • Monitoring suppliers OTD
  • Expedite incoming materials to meet customer expectations
  • Product sourcing & resourcing
  • Manage customers VMI program
  • Inventory management - analysis of customer schedules / forecasts to ensure correct stock levels
  • Data analysis and KPI updates
  • Contacting suppliers and carriers to arrange deliveries to customers on time
  • Supporting the continuous improvement process
  • Accounts
  • Prepare picking lists for warehouse operative to arrange shipment to customer.
  • Issue invoice billing to customer.
  • Weekly review of any PO price / qty queries to aid invoice payment through the AP recycle report
  • Resolving any invoice queries raised by the customer
  • Aiding our AR department when needed to get outstanding invoices paid
  • Warehouse
  • Liaising with warehouse to ensure orders are dispatched on time to your customers
  • Resolving any goods in queries relating to orders you have placed with suppliers

Our requirements

  • University degree, preferably in supply chain or logistics
  • Intermediate knowledge / experience of Microsoft Office package, especially Excel
  • High analytical skills
  • Very good knowledge of English (B2-C1)
  • Ability to organize your own work well
  • Ability to make profitable savings
  • Excellent timekeeping & attendance
  • Hard working and reliable
  • Knowledge of SAP system will be an advantage
  • B category driving license
  • Experience Preferred - 3 years in Purchasing / Procurement
