How You'll Have An Impact
Operations Leads are responsible for the strategy execution and profitability for each of their customer accounts. Leads are expected to train, challenge, and support the Operations Reps (I / II) and Coordinators to promote both team and individual growth and development. Leads must possess a deep understanding of customer commitments, contractual agreements, and expectations and develop solutions and efficiency accordingly. The balance of maximizing profitability while maintaining requisite service levels is a primary focus.
