Responsibilities :

Billing,

Cash application,

Work with Consultants and Executive Assistants to prepare official invoices to be sent to clients on a semimonthly basis,

Collaborate closely with all colleagues in shared service center and local finance teams,

Help prepare Past Due Statements to be sent to clients on a bi-monthly basis.

Requirements :

• Experience in AR (2+ years),
• Knowledge of French and English (C1),
• Ability to work in a team,
• Knowledge of MS Office,
• Knowledge of other languages will be and added value.
