Join our team and you’ll be responsible for building a conversational journeys platform and journeys themselves. What are conversational journeys you ask? LLM powered, natural language based conversations via different channels. That allow us to find best fitting jobs and candidates matches.

Working in the Jobs via Natural Language (team Phoenix) department you will be part of that fascinating process.

Your responsibilities :

  • Design and Develop Backend Services for LLM IntegrationBuild and maintain scalable backend components (using Spring Boot) that interact with LLM APIs (e.g., OpenAI).Develop RESTful APIs that serve LLM-generated responses or handle user interactions.
  • Optimize Data Pipelines and Preprocessing for Model Input
  • Integrate LLM Output into Application WorkflowsDevelop logic to consume and process LLM responses—e.g., filtering, ranking, or enriching them before delivering to users.Implement fallback strategies or human-in-the-loop flows when model output is ambiguous or unreliable.
  • Ensure Reliability, Monitoring, and Logging of LLM Interactions
  • Translate business and product requirements into technical solutions that leverage LLMs effectively.

Qualifications

  • Strong hands-on experience with Java, including expertise in Spring Boot for building scalable, production-ready applications.
  • Expertise in working with relational databases (PostgreSQL). Knowledge of writing efficient SQL queries, indexing, and optimizing database performance.
  • Experience building and integrating RESTful APIs.
  • Version Control, CI / CDProficiency with Git for version controlHands-on experience in setting up and maintaining CI / CD pipelines (bamboo, bitbucket)AWS ecosystem experience
  • Strong skills in writing unit and integration tests.
  • Knowledge of Test-Driven Development (TDD)
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum or Kanban), including working in sprint cycles and collaborating in cross-functional teams.
  • Understanding of Python and its use in building backend services, data processing, or automation scripts could be a plus.
