Requirements
- Proven experience in CRM, performance marketing and webshop / website management.
- Strong proficiency in analytical tools, including Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Power BI.
- Hands-on experience managing performance campaigns through platforms like Google Ads.
- Demonstrated ability to scale lead-generation campaigns with high ROI.
- Strong analytical mindset, with expertise in data modeling and reporting.
- Strategic thinker with solid execution capabilities.
- Highly results-driven with exceptional organizational and project management skills.
- Proactive, committed, and goal-oriented attitude with a focus on delivering excellence.

Responsibilities
Customer Relationship Management (CRM)Design and oversee CRM and loyalty initiatives to strengthen customer relationships and engagement.Leverage customer data for insight-driven and personalized communications.Partner with cross-functional teams to plan CRM activities and boost customer loyaltyStrategic PlanningDevelop and implement comprehensive e-commerce strategies to drive growth and customer acquisition.Coordinate strategic initiatives with global, regional, and local teams for alignment and consistency.Performance MarketingPlan, execute, and manage multi-channel performance marketing campaigns (including SEA, Pmax).Track, analyze, and optimize campaign KPIs such as ROAS, CTR, and CPA to maximize effectiveness.Webshop & Website Managemen tOptimize UX / UI and SEO performance to support D2C sales.Ensure the functionality, stability, and continuous improvement of the e-commerce platform in collaboration with IT and MXA teams.Data & AnalyticsUtilize analytical tools to measure and improve campaign and website performance.Guarantee compliance with data privacy and protection regulations.Conduct A / B testing and data analyses to enhance conversion rates and optimize user journeys.Technical OversightSupervise the technical performance, updates, and security of the website.Implement optimization strategies supported by tools such as Google Analytics.The offer
