We are looking for an Engineering Manager to join our growing team. You’ll be working with a team of talented data and software engineers and help build a cutting‑edge product for instrumented vehicle data management (Telemetry ingestion, time‑series processing, validation pipelines, and automotive IoT data at scale.).

This is a great opportunity to make an impact in a fast‑moving environment, working with AWS (S3, EC2, Lambda), Kafka / Kinesis, Databricks / Spark, CI / CD pipelines, observability tooling.

What you’ll do

• Lead a high‑performing team of engineers in the domain of instrumented vehicles and automotive data.
• Take responsibility for your team’s career growth, impact orientation, and psychological safety.
• Own delivery and ensure predictable execution in a “you build it, you run it” operating model.
• Collaborate with Product, PMO, Architects, and external vendors to translate business needs into engineering scope, communicate trade‑offs, and keep stakeholders informed.
• Ensure cost management and efficient use of cloud resources (AWS, data platforms, observability tooling).
• Contribute hands‑on to technical discussions, design reviews, and setting engineering standards.
