Ready to accelerate digital engagement for a leading FMCG brand? Join our Europe Division team in Warsaw to drive innovative digital strategies and build stronger brand connections in Poland and across CEE!

As a Digital Specialist, you’ll support the execution and optimization of digital touchpoints and lead the evolution of our owned media channels (websites, search, and social). You’ll partner closely with our central Online Acceleration Center, brand and marketing teams, and external agencies to ensure impactful digital presence and consumer engagement.

Key Responsibilities :

Support and implement digital strategies to boost engagement and drive sales across Poland and CEE Hub markets.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to deliver outstanding digital functionality—from search strategy to website and app launches.

Leverage analytics and business reports to identify opportunities and propose solutions to grow our brands online.

Provide training on digital tools and ensure compliance with privacy and data laws.

Supervise content updates, troubleshoot technical issues, and recommend optimization initiatives.

Qualifications :

Degree in Digital Marketing, E-commerce, Analytics, Business, or Communication.

At least 1 year of hands-on digital experience—preferably within FMCG or at a media agency.

Proven expertise in search campaigns (must-have).

Familiarity with digital marketing tools, website management, analytics, and reporting.

Strong organizer, communicator, and fluent in English.
