Engineering Manager (Real-Time Systems) @ RTB House

We are looking for an Engineering Manager experienced in real-time systems to build, grow, and lead a newly created team. You will manage a highly skilled group of engineers, focusing on technical excellence, system performance and scalability, and cross-team collaboration. This role blends people management with deep, hands-on technical ownership, giving you the opportunity to shape one of the most critical components of our infrastructure

• Proven leadership experience, with at least 5 years of managing and mentoring an engineering team.
• Strong expertise in designing and implementing complex IT systems, particularly in distributed systems and high-performance real-time environments.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Java, Python, C++, Scala), and strong familiarity with Linux-based environments.
• Solid understanding of algorithms, data structures, and system-level performance optimization.
• Experience in debugging and troubleshooting production systems, especially in low-latency, resource-constrained scenarios.
• Creativity and initiative in improving existing solutions and infrastructure.
• Effective collaboration skills, with the ability to drive cross-team initiatives and align multiple stakeholders.
• Previous experience in the field of Machine Learning is not required but will be considered an advantage.
