TECHNICAL LEAD
Responsibilities :
- Provide professional engineering and technical leadership for the maintenance function within the facility.
- Ensure all maintenance activities prioritize people's safety, environmental protection, and operational performance.
- Ensure the maintenance of electrical services and HVAC systems aligns with client requirements.
- Maintain the site in a good state of repair and appearance, including all buildings and facilities.
- Perform emergency and planned maintenance and repairs within your capability, respond effectively to issues, and maintain a log of such works.
- Ensure all equipment, tools, and plant are in safe and good condition, liaising with external suppliers and service providers as necessary.
- Manage all contractors on-site, ensuring they meet health and safety requirements, monitor their performance, and inspect completed work.
- Conduct routine site inspections, including daily maintenance checks.
- Maintain a computerized record of all routine checks performed.
- Oversee heating and lighting systems throughout the premises, address any issues, and participate in cost-saving projects.
- Conduct and document termly risk assessments of the entire site, along with other risk assessments and health and safety checks as directed by the Health & Safety Team.
- Be available on duty in case of emergencies.
- Oversee and supervise preventative inspections related to technical building systems, ensuring compliance with local building regulations.
- Prepare annual schedules for technical installations and building equipment inspections.
- Maintain and manage a spare parts and materials inventory.
- Regularly meet with clients to address concerns and provide updates.
- Prepare cost estimations for minor construction or technical works.
Our Expectations :
Degree or diploma in engineering or a technical bachelor's discipline (preferably electrical, mechanical, automation, or construction).A minimum of 3 years of experience in a technical field, preferably in facility management, office management, electrical, or automotive industries.Experience in fixed asset maintenance, including the preparation, definition, control, and monitoring of maintenance budgets.Personnel supervisory experience.Ability to work towards defined objectives and proactively track progress.Strong technical, communication, and leadership skills.Analytical problem-solving skills.Upper-intermediate English proficiency.Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and AutoCAD.SEP certifications or equivalent electrical qualifications.Excellent time management and organizational skills.Responsibility and ability to work under time pressure.Experience in corporate client management.What you can expect from us :
