Senior UX Designer @ AVENGA (Agencja Pracy, nr KRAZ : 8448)

We are looking for a UX Designer with a strong focus on usability and user-centered design to support the development and improvement of digital solutions. In this role, you will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to enhance the usability and effectiveness of internal tools and platforms, including third-party applications and AI-supported systems. You will help ensure that users can work efficiently and intuitively with complex digital products. Your responsibilities will cover the full UX design process, from research and strategy to prototyping and evaluation.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in UX design
• Proven ability to design interfaces for both mobile and web platforms
• Strong understanding of usability principles, UI optimization techniques, and design best practices
• Hands-on experience conducting usability evaluations and user research sessions
• Excellent communication and documentation skills, including the ability to synthesize complex information
• Practical knowledge of workshop facilitation and user engagement techniques
• Experience with UX metrics and data-informed design decisions
• Familiarity with UCD methodology, ITIL, and Agile / SCRUM environments
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic, international setting
• Fluent in English (C1); knowledge of German, Spanish, or Russian is a plus
