We are seeking a talented individual to join the Global Benefits Management (GBM) team at Mercer, leading a team and delivering our growing solution for Emerging Multinationals. This role will be based in Warsaw, Poland, and will be a hybrid role,bing work from home and the office.
The benefits landscape is evolving, and we aremitted to help our clients adapt their benefits strategies to meet changing workforce demands. Our Client Delivery Team plays a crucial role in this effort, leveraging our leading GBM proposition and global broker network to help clients effectively manage their medical and risk benefits worldwide. This approach enhances visibility, consistency, and insights, enabling clients to better meet employee needs and strengthen their talent attraction and retention efforts.
The role requires a proven track record of strong people management, client centricity and readiness to support leaders to take a new value proposition forward, with the ultimate aim to retain and grow our portfolio of clients.
