RTR Accountant with English

Job descriptionMake sure all financial transactions are entered correctly into the accounting system on a daily basis. Follow the company's internal rules and processes to keep financial records safe and reliable. Prepare and record journal entries to reflect the company's financial activity accurately. Help close the books each month, quarter, and year by making adjustments and ensuring everything is up to date. Regularly check account balances to make sure they are correct, and fix any issues found. Review financial statements to understand how the company is performing and support management reporting. Support the full process of recording and reporting financial information. Work closely with other teams like Accounts Payable, Receivable, Tax, and Treasury to keep financial records consistent and complete. Help get everything ready for audits by sharing required financial data and account summaries. Keep financial procedures up to date, making sure they are efficient, accurate, and follow standard accounting rules. Create special reports or handle projects as needed to improve financial processes or provide insights.

- A background in finance, accounting, or a related discipline.
- Solid hands-on experience in a similar role, ideally gained in a shared services or international business environment.
- A strong command of English to effectively manage communication across teams.
- Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with ERP platforms.
- Strong problem-solving abilities combined with clear, professional communication skills to navigate a fast-paced, collaborative setting.
