    Essential Skills and Experience :

  • Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in software development.
  • Deep, hands-on experience with the Salesforce platform , including declarative and programmatic development ( Apex, Visualforce, LWC, Aura ).
  • Experience with Salesforce Financial Service Cloud (FSC) and its core features (e.g., Household data model, Action Plans, Life Events, Financial Accounts ).
  • Understanding of contact center technologies and experience integrating them with Salesforce.
  • Strong knowledge of integration patterns (API-led connectivity, pub / sub, request / response) and data transformation.
  • Experience with CI / CD pipelines , version control systems ( Git ), and Agile methodologies (Scrum / Kanban).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues across multiple platforms.
  • Nice to Have :

  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Application Architect, System Architect, FSC Accredited Professional ).
  • Experience in the financial services industry .
