Responsibilities and key learnings

  • Understand a broad portfolio of NIQ solutions, such as market analysis tools, consumer behavior tracking systems, and data visualization platforms.
  • Investigate, validate, and resolve client queries through efficient workflows.
  • Perform feasibility studies and analyze data to determine the most appropriate solution.
  • Work on diverse data challenges, always ensuring a combination of simplicity, scalability, reproducibility, and maintainability.
  • Communicate results effectively to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Experience working with large real-world datasets and top FMCG companies in Europe.
  • Gain insight into the retail and Consumer Insight business.
  • Work as a member of a team, fostering collaboration, motivation, and cultivating effective team relations.
  • During the part-time phase, participants will develop foundational knowledge of NIQ solutions and client interaction skills. Upon successful completion of the 9-month part-time phase, participants will transition to the full-time phase, where they will engage in two 6-month assignments tailored to their skills and performance. The full-time phase will provide hands-on experience with data analysis, project management, and stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

Required Education, Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor degree, which can be pursued concurrently with a Masters program if it allows for 3-days a week employment and transition to full-time after the first cycle.
  • Fluent level of English; Polish is not mandatory.
  • Fluent level of Italian
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to understand client needs, interpret data, and translate insights into actionable solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a client-centric mindset.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across different teams and manage multiple projects effectively.
  • Proactive attitude with a focus on continuous improvement and client satisfaction.
