WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• Strong leadership and people management skills.

• Good experience in using Atlassian tools such as Jira and Confluence
• Previous experience in managing digital teams & organizing work of digital product teams.
• Deep understanding of omni channel digital solutions & customer Journeys and Agile methodology.
• Good grasp of reporting & analytics tools, especially in a Digital environment.
• Proven track record of engaging at every level of the organization, including senior stakeholders.
• Team management & change management exposure including leading major multi-functional projects.
• Knowledge of B2C digital solutions, from a functional point of view
• Drive and energy to coordinate and impact different streams, and make sure we deliver against the various milestones (including quick wins)

The Digital Portfolio Manager is responsible for establishing and continuously improving the B2C digital product portfolio planning process. This includes communicating and executing the plan with all stakeholders and tracking its execution. The role requires a strong understanding and experience in Agile methodology, proficiency in JIRA, excellent digital product management and communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
