Would you like to be a key point of contact for employees, take ownership of employment-related documentation and help foster a positive workplace culture?
Responsibilities :
- Plan, prepare documentation, and conduct HR-related processes throughout the entire employee lifecycle—from onboarding to offboarding. Close collaboration with the external payroll provider to ensure accurate documentation, payroll inputs, and leave tracking
- Manage employee benefits, including communication, administration, and vendor coordination.
- Provide a dedicated and effective HR advisory service to managers and employees, covering areas such as absence and health issues, conduct and capability, grievances, organizational change, and other employee relations matters.
- Create reports, analyses, and presentations to support business decision-making.
- Organize and support internal CSR and employee initiatives and company events in Warsaw and Wrocław.
- Handle employee queries via the Ask HR mailbox, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
Required Skills and Qualifications :
Demonstrated success in an HR department or similar role.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with strong ethics and cultural awareness.Strong analytical skills and keen attention to detail.Proven problem-solving abilities and thorough knowledge of HR procedures and policies.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.Very good / fluent in English.Knowledge of benefits administration.Familiarity with national labour laws and employment regulations.Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.Life @ Xperi : At Xperi, we value People, Customers, Performance and Innovation.
