We're looking for skilled Training Aids, Devices, Simulators and Simulations (TADSS) Maintainers to join our team in Poland - someone who thrives on precision, adaptability, and purpose. What You'll Do :

As a TDASS Maintainer, you will play a crucial role in keeping training systems operational, reliable, and ready at a moment's notice. Your responsibilities will include :

• Maintenance Excellence : Perform maintenance activities at designated locations without impacting operational readiness, ensuring all systems are field-ready.
• Supply and Inventory Management : Manage equipment, supplies, inventory, and sustainment activities according to contract standards - all while maintainingpliance with local installation and host nation laws.
• Spares and Sustainment Oversight : Leverage initial spares packages for ongoing system support. Monitor consumption, rmend replenishment via Bill of Materials (BOM), and address hardware obsolescence with agility.

Repairs and Returns : Lead the repair, return, and replacement process - managing packaging, customs documentation, and shipments - ensuring a seamless return to service.

You'll directly impact the readiness of critical systems supporting advanced armor training, empowering our partners to excel in the most demanding environments.
