We are growing our Lock Screen product to a global expansion. Now, we are looking for a rockstar Senior Product Manager to be on the key team to drive our Lock Screen products’ development and adoption. You will build and ship the product by truly understanding what our customers and their needs are. You will be the product owner and work closely with our engineering team based out of Poland for product feature delivery and improvements. This role will be based in Singapore or Poland.

What you’ll do :

Own the entire process and flow of the Lock Screen Native product : short-term execution and mid-to-long-term scaling, with a focus on video contents

Responsible for researching, gathering feedback, planning, and delivering key market-fit product features

Work closely with business leadership to move conceptualisation to execution swiftly based on aligned timelines

Create product road maps and manage the time frame effectively across both internal and external stakeholders

Manage the go-to-market process for new product / feature launch(es) through collaboration with respective cross-functional teams

Prioritise pain points based on business and clients’ level of impact, and work with the product engineering team while optimizing time to market

Improve product features to enhance satisfaction rate on partnering organisations as well as end-consumer experience by providing feedback to the Product Engineering team through structured and consistent periodic review sessions

Track product performance effectiveness, and set up relevant performance metrics

What you’ll need :

Prefer to have previous working experience in a consumer-facing internet product focusing on video content.

Proven work with a minimum of 5 years experience in a Product Manager role, preferably in the Internet, Consumer Technology.

Strong communication skills (both oral and written) in English, as well as social and negotiation skills

Strong cross-functional leadership management skills understanding workflow from front-line business to back-end product and tech functions

Ability to work in a diverse and multicultural organization and deliver a positive employee experience

Ability to multitask and prioritize competing priorities, and thrive in a high-growth and startup environment

Highly adaptable, resourceful, and creative

Self-motivated, energetic, and passionate individual willing to take full ownership

Strong attention to detail and ability to perform tasks accurately

Passion for technology, entrepreneurship, and creating a positive impact
