We are seeking a seasoned Salesforce Test Manager to lead and support the testing team for our client. The role requires the ability to travel to Riyadh (KSA) for extended periods and to effectively manage relationships with senior stakeholders.
Your responsibilities
Managing a team of six testers, overseeing the design and execution of test plans, and ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality testing outcomes across multi-platform environments.Developing comprehensive test strategies, planning and scheduling test activities, reporting on test progress, logging defects, and preparing consolidated recommendations for release readiness.Preparation of documentation and test scenarios, as well as the execution of functional, non-functional, manual, and automated tests.Our requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in a Test Manager or similar leadership position within Salesforce environmentsProven experience in managing large-scale, multi-platform testing initiatives from strategy to executionDemonstrated ability to lead and coordinate a team of testersAbility and willingness to travel for extended periods to KSAStrong stakeholder management skills, including experience working with senior client representativesFull-time engagement availabilityExcellent communication skills in English, both written and spokenExpertise in designing test plans, preparing documentation, and executing manual, and automated testsThis is how we organize our work
