About the role :

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer who has spent the last few years delving into Salesforce solutions and Salesforce development best practices.

In this role, you will develop and enhance our Salesforce platform across multiple clouds. You will work on complex projects spanning Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Experience Cloud, and contribute to integrations with external systems (including MuleSoft). You will be expected to write high-quality Apex code and Lightning components, participate in the full development lifecycle, and help streamline our release management process. As a senior team member, you will also promote Salesforce development best practices.

To achieve this, we expect you to have solid experience as a Salesforce Developer.

Your responsibilities include :

• Develop, test, and deploy custom Salesforce solutions using Apex classes / triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and (where needed) Aura components or Visualforce. Build user interface components and custom pages to enhance user experience on the platform. Ensure solutions are optimized for scale and performance
• Work closely with our Salesforce Tech Lead / Architect to understand requirements in each cloud and implement appropriate Salesforce capabilities or integrations to meet those needs
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following Salesforce best practices. Maintain thorough code documentation and create robust Apex test classes to ensure high test coverage for all custom development. Perform peer code reviews and refactor code as needed to improve quality
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems (ERP, databases, marketing platforms) using MuleSoft or REST / SOAP APIs
• Mentor and support junior Salesforce developers in the team. Share knowledge of Salesforce development techniques, review their code, and guide them on following development standards
• Participate in team meetings, validate and refine requirements, propose feasible approaches, and provide accurate development estimates
