Field Application Engineer

Miejsce pracy : Warszawa

Your responsibilities

  • Provide technical and application support during system implementation at customer sites (laboratories, hospitals, scientific institutes).
  • Install, configure, and update both hardware and software components of Bacteromic systems.
  • Conduct training sessions for users on system operations and integration.
  • Collect user feedback and communicate it to our R&D and product management teams.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, either independently or with team support.
  • Assist sales teams by acting as a technical expert during customer meetings.
  • Create documentation, user manuals, and training materials.
  • Monitor market trends and customer needs to support continuous improvement.

Our requirements

  • M.Sc. in Biomedical Engineering, Mechatronics, Electronics, Biotechnology, Microbiology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience working with medical devices, laboratory, or automated diagnostic systems.
  • Experience in installations, implementations, or technical support is preferred.
  • Knowledge of mechatronic systems, laboratory equipment, and diagnostic software.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • High personal culture, self-reliance, and flexibility.
  • Ability to work well under time pressure and in a team environment.
  • Proficient in English (minimum B2 level).
  • Willingness to travel frequently internationally.
  • Valid Cat B driver’s license.
  • Familiarity with CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks) is a plus - optional.
