Your Development
As a new employee you will be invited to an initial induction on day one and to some initial role related training within a few weeks of your start date.
As an Aon Graduate, you will be enrolled onto our 10-month Launch Programme, which starts in Sept 2025. This development programme is built around three core elements :
1. Business learning – on the job learning and experiences giving you the opportunity to develop your knowledge and understanding of the team and solution line you have joined.
2. Technical training – we will guild you on the basic principles of our industry via some initial training on what we do and how we do it.
3. Centralised learning - graduates complete in an Aon Induction, monthly webinars, business skills training and workshops; all designed to help you develop your knowledge of Aon, build your confidence and your network across our business.

Join Aon as graduate in our Risk Capital, Insurance Broking, business and learn about our industry while developing your professional skills as you build strong relationships with internal colleagues and, when you’re ready, external .
This role will be initially based in our Warsaw office in Poland and working remotely with our Aon Ukraine colleagues and working in-person with Aon brokers located in Warsaw office.
