Job Description

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy focusing on online marketing and social media, while also using traditional channels like radio, billboards, posters, and leaflets to reach a wider audience
  • Manage pricing strategies, especially dynamic pricing, to maximize revenue and stay competitive
  • Review and suggest changes to the company's product mix and explore new revenue opportunities beyond the main products
  • Evaluate the sales team's structure and performance, and make changes if needed to improve results
  • Lead a team of about 15 people across sales, marketing, administration, operations, and finance, ensuring smooth coordination and good performance
  • Translate the company's long-term plan into monthly and yearly budgets, setting clear KPIs and tracking progress
  • Implement cost-saving initiatives to improve profitability while maintaining operational efficiency
  • Monitor the company's financial health by reviewing revenue, expenses, capital spending, and cash flow to keep everything aligned with goals
  • Provide daily operational and financial reports to the asset manager, offering insights on key performance indicators and overall business status
  • Prepare regular updates and detailed reports for shareholders and the supervisory board, comparing actual performance to budgets and plans
  • Manage communication internally with investors and staff, and externally with banks, customers, and partners to maintain strong relationships and a positive reputation
