Job Title : AR Assistant

About the opportunity : Join us as AR Assistant to support Accounts Receivable activities. Gain practical experience and mentorship while contributing to diabetes care. Start your journey with us today!

Location : Warsaw – on site

Start date : The position is a part-time fixed-term assignment until December 31 2025.

What you will do :

Collaborate to resolve payment delays and actively drive the company’s cash flow.

Learn to allocate customer payments promptly and accurately.

Support the business with resolving billing discrepancies.

Get exposure to month-end financial reporting.

Conduct transactions following documented procedures, escalating exceptions when necessary.

What you need for success :

Fluent English – verbal and written , European languages an asset

Previous work experience in accounting or finance, customer service desired

Understanding of Accounts receivable is an advantage, but not a must

Basic knowledge and experience ERP accounting applications is beneficial
