The company has operational centers in several Polish cities and offers work in a truly international environment.
Twój zakres obowiązków
- Serve as the first point of contact for end users via phone and email
- Log and categorize incidents and service requests in the ticketing system
- Perform basic troubleshooting using internal knowledge base articles
- Escalate unresolved or more complex issues to 2nd Line Support teams
- Work in a 24 / 7 shift environment, including nights and weekends
Wymagania pracodawcy
