Data Analyst (Data Solutions)

A business analyst based in Poland, dedicated to data analysis across WEU.

What will you be doing?

Maintenance of the Commercial Excellence Microsoft SQL Server database used by Analytics and Incentive teams

Data Management and Quality : Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and integrity by identifying and resolving data quality issues

Develop and maintain SQL procedures to ensure data consistency and standardization

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure data alignment and integration across systems

Stakeholder Engagement and Communication : Develop and maintain relationships with internal Incentive Team stakeholders

Development of Excel-based, Python tools used by the Incentive team

Provide local analytical support

Who are we looking for?

QUALIFICATIONS

University degree (Finance, economics preferred)

3 years of relevant experience in depth data analysis

Excellent analytical skills combined with outstanding technical skills

Proficiency in data analysis tools, including SQL, Excel, Tableau, and Python.

Proficient in English and Polish. Additional languages are acknowledged
