ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a results-driven leader to join us as the Global FP&A SSC Associate Director, responsible for establishing and managing a strategic FP&A and Commercial Finance pillar within our Shared Service Center (SSC) in Poland. This role is pivotal in delivering high-impact financial support for Global, Regional, and Market finance teams, embodying our core values of Speed, Accountability, and Simplification.
This role is instrumental in shaping and executing the strategy for centralized finance operations, with a strong focus on FP&A support, automated reporting, SG&A and marketing spend (A&CP) controlling, and sales finance support. By fostering a culture of ownership and transparency, you will ensure timely, data-driven insights that enable informed business decisions.
This individual will play a key leadership role in building a high-performing team, driving standardization, enhancing automation, and delivering actionable insights to business partners.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
1. Shared Service Center Establishment & Leadership :
- Lead the creation and operational setup of the Commercial Finance SSC in Poland, including reviewing current FTE pool, recruitment, onboarding, and infrastructure setup.
- Define operating model and governance structure for effective global, regional and market support.
- Act as the primary liaison with global and regional Finance stakeholders to ensure alignment and integration.
2. FP&A and Reporting :
Oversee centralized FP&A activities, including monthly actuals reporting, forecasts, annual budgets reporting.Drive automation and optimization of recurring reports, dashboards, and performance analysis tools using advanced Excel, Power automate, BI tools.Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and consistency of financial information delivered to business partners.3. Sales Finance support, SG&A and Marketing Spend Controlling :
Support trade fund management and sales finance activities.Establish process, tools and controls and provide visibility on SG&A costs and marketing spend, ensuring alignment with budget owners.Partner with commercial and marketing teams to monitor campaign performance and recommend reallocation or savings opportunities.5. Leadership & Team Development :
Build, lead, and mentor a growing team of finance professionals within the SSC.Promote a culture of continuous improvement, analytical rigor, and customer orientation.6. Process Improvement & Automation :
Identify and implement opportunities for process standardization and automation across commercial finance activities.Collaborate with IT and transformation teams to enhance system capabilities and streamline workflows.WHAT WE WANT YOU TO BRING ALONG
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; Master’s or MBA preferred.Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in finance, with significant experience in commercial finance and FP&A.Proven track record in setting up and managing a shared service or center of excellence.Strong knowledge of financial planning tools, ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.), and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau).Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Fluent in English; Polish language proficiency is a plus.WHAT WE OFFER
