Job Description

We’re looking for someone to join our client's technical support team and help B2B customers with IT issues. No need to be an expert – you'll learn everything!

Your main tasks will include :

  • Answering customer questions (resellers, IT partners)
  • Logging and tracking support cases in our systems
  • Helping solve software and network problems (with guidance)
  • Supporting basic software / server setup
  • Learning how to read and understand system logs

What You Should Bring :

  • Good Spanish (C1) and English (at least B1)
  • Basic understanding of IT or a strong interest in technology
  • Willingness to learn about networks, software, and databases
  • Communication skills and a positive attitude
  • Bonus if you have :

  • Some experience with networking (Wi-Fi, routers, etc.)
  • Knowledge of any programming language (e.g., Java, JavaScript)
  • Basic SQL or database knowledge
  • Offer :
