Job Description
We’re looking for someone to join our client's technical support team and help B2B customers with IT issues. No need to be an expert – you'll learn everything!
Your main tasks will include :
- Answering customer questions (resellers, IT partners)
- Logging and tracking support cases in our systems
- Helping solve software and network problems (with guidance)
- Supporting basic software / server setup
- Learning how to read and understand system logs
What You Should Bring :
Good Spanish (C1) and English (at least B1)Basic understanding of IT or a strong interest in technologyWillingness to learn about networks, software, and databasesCommunication skills and a positive attitudeBonus if you have :
Some experience with networking (Wi-Fi, routers, etc.)Knowledge of any programming language (e.g., Java, JavaScript)Basic SQL or database knowledgeOffer :
