HR Generalist

Your responsibilities
- We are looking for an HR Generalist to join our team and take responsibility for key HR processes while supporting both employees and managers in day-to-day operations.
- Supporting HR processes throughout the entire employee lifecycle – from onboarding to offboarding.
- Preparing HR documentation and cooperating with an external payroll provider (data submission, payroll verification).
- Ensuring compliance with local labor law and internal HR policies – providing guidance to managers and employees.
- Managing the Company Social Benefits Fund (ZFŚS) and other benefits.
- Coordinating and delivering training sessions, as well as tracking employee development.
- Supporting recruitment processes and participating in employer branding initiatives.
- Participating in special projects and HR initiatives aimed at strengthening organizational culture.
Our requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar HR role.Practical knowledge of Polish labor law and HR administration processes.Experience in recruitment and working with recruitment agencies.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in training and documentation processes.Proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with HR systems.A proactive and collaborative mindset, with strong communication skills.Good command of English (spoken and written) for everyday business communication.What we offer
