Ingenix.AI is building the Model Fusion Platform, a pioneering effort to simulate clinical efficacy and safety through multi-scale, multimodal AI.
We are seeking a Senior Scientist to architect biological models, integrating diverse data for AI-driven clinical simulations, ensuring mechanistic validity and translational impact. The Senior Scientist will join our team to move from data to step-by-step reasoning across Translational Medicine and Clinical Trial Design. You will be the biological architect for our foundational models, ensuring outputs have mechanistic validity and translational impact.
Responsibilities
- Biological Architecture : Drive the selection, integration, and harmonization of diverse biological data (multiomics, clinical, proprietary, and public) for massive pre-training.
- Scientific Imagination : Propose novel biological feature engineering and data-driven hypotheses for drug candidates and patient subgroups.
- Translational Impact : Define the biological ground truth and validation frameworks for models simulating efficacy and toxicity, particularly in translational medicine.
