Wind Turbine Blade Technician

We are currently looking for Blade Repair Technicians ready to join our ongoing & planned projects in Poland.

If you specialise in blade maintenance or are looking to pivot into Rope Access roles within the wind industry, you are at the right place. In 2025 we will be conducting blade repair campaigns focusing on Gamesa turbines in numerous locations in Poland.

As a Wind Turbine Blade Technician, you will take part in our 2025 blade maintenance campaign. Daily duties of rope access technicians in Ventum involve inspecting, maintaining, and repairing wind turbine blades. You will collaborate with other technicians and report on daily activities and the progress of the projects. Ideally, we are looking for wind industry professionals with previous  blade manufacturing or maintenance experience

Keep in mind this role is travel-heavy and you will spend a lot of time on site!

Responsibilities

Performing scheduled maintenance and troubleshooting on wind turbines

Working on various wind farms in mixed teams

Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and industry standards

Preparing service reports and documenting maintenance activities

Maintaining a high standard of work quality in all service tasks

Requirements

Good English language skills

Great safety awareness

Valid Drivers license

Valid GWO training certificates

Valid Passport

Valid IRATA certification

Valid Polish SEP and UDT credentials

Valid GWO Blade Repair certification

SGRE Certifications are nice to have
