.NET Tech Lead

Working as a .NET Tech Lead you will :

• Lead the design and architecture of AI-driven solutions, ensuring they align with business objectives and technical standards
• Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to define project scope, priorities, and delivery timelines
• Establish and enforce coding standards, best practices, and methodologies to maintain high-quality development processes
• Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations in developed solutions
• Analyze and optimize solutions to meet scalability, performance, and efficiency requirements
• Implement continuous monitoring and improvement processes for AI systems
• Design and implement APIs for seamless model deployment and integration with other systems
• Guide and mentor the development team, fostering growth and technical excellence
• Contribute to the strategic vision for AI initiatives within the organization
