Head of Marketing- Poland (12 month FTC - Maternity Cover)

Your career as Head of Marketing- Poland at Booksy will give you the opportunity to spearhead our marketing efforts in Poland, driving local growth, building vibrant communities, and amplifying the Booksy brand in alignment with crucial local business objectives.

Working in close partnership with our Global VP of Marketing and the Poland Country Manager, you'll be the architect of our local market strategy. You’ll craft and execute plans that resonate deeply within Poland, all while aligning with our global go-to-market vision. You'll be thrilled by the challenge of unearthing new avenues for growth and spearheading innovative local marketing campaigns that make a real impact. While the heart of your work (around 70%) will focused on the local market, you'll also be a key player in weaving global best practices into your local strategies.

Just as importantly, you’ll be sharing your market's successes and unique insights across our global teams, helping everyone at Booksy learn and grow. Your data-driven mindset and passion for experimentation will be crucial as you continuously seek fresh ways to optimize our marketing mix and deliver outstanding, measurable results.

Requirements

• Significant experience in shaping marketing strategy, building brands, and driving growth, ideally within a dynamic global or multinational company of at least a similar size to Bookst (Circa 900 FTE's... and growing!).
• A strong track record of successfully leading country-level marketing operations, with a deep understanding of what makes a local market tick and how it connects to a global business vision.
• Proven ability to lead, inspire, and collaborate effectively with diverse, cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of shared success.
• Exceptional communication and influencing skills (including fluent English) that enable you to build strong relationships and align stakeholders from local teams to global leadership.
• Deep expertise across the digital marketing landscape (including social media, paid strategies, content, CRM, and performance marketing) with a knack for using data-driven insights to optimize every campaign.
• A genuine passion for experimentation, constantly testing new ideas and channels to discover what truly resonates with your audience and drives results for both consumers and providers.
• A profound understanding of Poland's specific market dynamics, consumer behaviours, and cultural nuances, with the ability to translate these insights into impactful marketing that reinforces our global brand identity.
