We're entering an era where businesses must reimagine their processes to leverage AI agents effectively. Yet, most companies struggle to map their workflows, create proper context, and prepare for AI integration. It's like trying to automate a factory without understanding the assembly line.Gralio was founded early in 2024 and is backed by venture capital from a reputable fund, a global collective of angel investors as well as the two adventurous founders : Michał and Tymon.Michał worked in product and operations roles in fast-growing companies in London and New York and has also been a business consultant at an elite consultancy Bain & Company. Michał has led numerous process optimization and digital transformation projects, from supply chain automation to customer service AI integration. When he's not working, he loves to hike and ski in the mountains.Tymon is a seasoned CTO who specializes in building AI-powered systems. He recently headed up the tech department at Batmaid, a well-known Swiss company, where he implemented AI agents across multiple business functions and created comprehensive process documentation systems. When he's not deep into tech, Tymon is out windsurfing on waves or cycling.We want to transform how companies prepare for AI automation. We're building the infrastructure layer that enables businesses to map their processes, generate rich context, and seamlessly integrate AI agents into their operations.
About the job
Job Type : B2B contract in USD or PLN
Experience : Senior, 6+ years
Compensation : Competitive, with a very substantial stock option component (worth tens of thousands of dollars at the current valuation with very significant upside opportunity)

Skill requirements
Strong coding skills in Typescript (and / or Python / language agnostic)
Passion for LLMs and bridging software with non-deterministic systems (Agentic loops)
Demonstrable frontend skills in React, Vue, Sveltekit or some other modern framework
Ensuring a very good level of software quality via E2E tests, tools and other means
Ability to design for scale and manage cloud infra
Nice to have complementary experience :
Scripting in python

The process
This is not set in stone but usually we’ll do a 15m screening call, followed by a tech interview and / or coding challange. The final step involves spending a paid day with the founding team and getting to know each other.
