We are looking for an experienced and passionate React Team Lead to lead the development of modern, scalable web applications. You will guide a team of React developers, enforce best practices in frontend architecture and design patterns, and ensure delivery of high-performance

user interfaces. The ideal candidate has strong expertise in React (including Hooks and Context API), Redux, and frontend design patterns, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

• 5+ years of experience in JavaScript / TypeScript with 3+ years in React.js
• Strong expertise with React Hooks, Context API, and Redux (Redux Toolkit preferred)
• Proven experience with frontend design patterns and clean code principles
• Experience integrating with RESTful APIs or GraphQL
• Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3 / SCSS, and responsive UI design
• Experience with component libraries and design systems (e.g., Storybook, Material UI,Tailwind)
• Familiarity with build tools like Webpack, Vite, and bundler optimizations
• Experience leading or mentoring engineers in a team setting
