Job descriptionOverall Experience : 8 - 10 years in project management, preferably within a software development environment. Proven experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools such as JIRA and Confluence. Responsible for leading cross-functional teams through the full project lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards. Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and communicate project status, risks, and issues effectively. Facilitate meetings, sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives, maintaining momentum and team alignment.

- Tech Project Manager, with decent tech skills, so not a PMO.
- Strong database knowledge.
- Desire / appetite / interest in helping to design architecture of a solution, but this is not an architect, it’s a willingness / interest in participating.
- Knowledge of banking, ideally corporate banking / lending.
