Litigation Lawyer – Sii Poland

The Legal Department provides day‑to‑day legal services and support to the company, working closely with individual departments and management. The 9‑person team is responsible for drafting legal opinions, preparing agreements, procedures, and other documents binding in Sii, and providing legal support during client and contractor meetings.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing legal support to internal departments during contract negotiations in civil, business, IP and data protection law (≈70% of the time)
• Independently conduct litigation in civil, business and labour law (≈30% of the time)
• Prepare and review model contracts, procedures and other legal documents applicable to the company
• Develop and deliver training courses for internal departments
• Provide business and legal support across all company operations
